Pilates, like any form of exercise, can help you lose weight if you do it regularly. But what determines if you will do it regularly is how much you enjoy doing it. While the Pilates method encourages strict form, at Prime Pilates, we also want it to be fun. Our compassionate instructors and energizing playlists make each class a fun activity you look forward to instead of a chore you avoid.
CLASS TYPES
reformer foundation
Reformer Foundation- Level 1 (beginner): In this class you will learn the essential parts of this machine as well as your body as you move through the foundational exercises of reformer Pilates. Suitable for beginners.
Reformer Level 2 Flow
In this intermediate-advanced class we move through a series of Pilates exercises. Each exercise challenges your strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. “This class is an honest workout. I can’t cheat and I can see the imbalances in my body”
Reformer Level 1.5
Reformer Level 1.5 (Beginner/Intermediate): This class is the next step to test your strength, balance, and mobility before moving to Level 2. It is best to do a few Level 1 classes before joining Level 1.5
Reformer Level 2 jump
This intermediate class is cardio for those who don’t like cardio. The footbar is replaced with a jumpboard so we can get the heart rate up by making the exercises more explosive. “The funnest class” “Now THAT’S cardio”
Reformer Level 2 burn
In this intermediate class we do 2-3 rounds of each exercise series in order to achieve that deep burn in the target muscles. “Definitely gonna be sore tomorrow, but in a good way”
